Josh Hopeman, a Nebraska native, is our Implementation Specialist with LP Software. Josh joined the team about a year ago and brought his industry knowledge and experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, Auditing, & OSHA/Accident Reporting. In addition, Josh had familiarity of the LP Software product suites- LPMS, CAMS & ERMS.

When we on-board a new client, the process can seem daunting at first. Josh however, starts by introducing the entire team to his comprehensive project plan by walking the team through an overview of the project. He talks to each stakeholder about their roles and responsibilities to align everyone to the end goal. Josh helps make sure that the clients receive all the training they need on how to use the software and is able to consult with the client on industry best practices. He then sets up weekly status meetings to make sure everything stays on track.
