Wal-Mart Canada new CEO ready for competition Shelley Boarder is preparing for the fight with Target as she takes on her new position as CEO effective immediately. Broader joined WalMart Canada in 2010 as the Chief Merchandising Officer, prior she had served with Michael's and Hannaford Brothers.
