Target. The woman's
clothing retailer said it believes Target will generate
traffic that will filter into its stores. "They could
certainly dominate the market and cause some competitive

A Vancouver business is out almost $50,000 after some
ecologically minded thieves made off with a dozen high-end
electric bikes. The thieves may have difficulty passing off
the goods, since they did not take any of the specialized
