ORC group arrested passing counterfeit $20's and using
customers credit card numbers to purchase gift cards at
Sam's Club and Wal-Mart in Tallahassee, FL.
Wal-Mart Loss Prevention alerted the police after

employee was observed writing down credit card numbers from
customers and then using them to purchase gift cards.
