Four armed suspects rob a Boost Mobile store in
Clairemont Mesa. Four men
armed with handguns tied up a female employee and robbed
a cell phone store Saturday night. Their faces covered
with bandanas, the suspects entered the Boost Mobile
Store shortly after 8 p.m., they forced the woman to the
ground, tied her up and filled a bag with cell phones.
The Store Manager believes $20,000 worth of inventory
and $5,000 in cash were taken. The employee was shaken
but unharmed. The suspects also stole the employee’s
grayish/blue four-door 2004 Honda and her purse.

Racketeers running “iRacket” from inside prison.
A total of 16 people have now been charged in the “S3”
racket which was orchestrated by 2 brothers who were in
prison at the time. The girlfriend of the ringleader
took up the outside duties of running the credit card
scam ring, which focused of the purchases of iPads,
iPhones and Macintosh electronics which were then sold
to fences in Brooklyn, New York.

Ohio Crime Stoppers focused on the theft of $10,000 in
electronics. A pair of
suspects is being sought for the theft of nearly $10,000
worth of iPods and iPads from a Central Ohio Walmart.
The two suspects hit the Walmart in Lewis Center,
outside of Columbus and got away in a small Honda
without being confronted.
