Promotes Rod Holm to Senior Vice
President
of Global Business Development

Cucamonga, CA – June 18, 2012 –Universal Surveillance
Systems LLC (USS), the largest privately held manufacturer
of loss prevention technology in the United States, has
promoted Rod Holm to Senior Vice President of Global
Business Development.
Holm, who was formerly USS Vice President of Sales, will
assume the position of Senior Vice President of Global
Business Development. In this newly created position, Holm
will oversee all aspects of customer relations nationally
and internationally and be responsible for strategic
partnerships with the FBI, Homeland Security, ICE and other
law enforcement organizations and agencies to expand USS’
programs to educate and equip the loss prevention industry
in combatting organized retail crime (ORC).

required the expansion of our executive team to meet the
expectations of our partners and the industry," said Adel
Sayegh, USS President and CEO. "Last year was a record year
for us in growth and it became necessary to expand our
executive team as we continue to make large strides and
revolutionary developments in the LP world."
"Rod will be instrumental in expanding our horizons into new
markets on both the national and international levels and
forging additional partnerships with law enforcement
agencies and officials to enhance the scope and program
offerings from USS that equip retailers and officials to
prevent ORC," continued Sayegh. "His excellent successes in
overseeing USS’ Regional ORC conferences will serve as the
basis for major new efforts including the Global ORC
Conference scheduled for March 25-26, 2013 in Las Vegas."
Holm joined USS in 2009, bringing with him over 30 years of
loss prevention knowledge and expertise. He has held key
positions with major domestic retailers such as Limited
Brands, Target and Marshall’s. He received a Bachelor’s of
Science Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
