Shoplifters felt confident enough to go
rent a truck.
Investigators said they've arrested two
couples accused of stealing from Walmart several times
over the past few weeks. Two of the four suspects were
arrested Tuesday night after a Walmart employee at the
Ocala store near Highway 200 noticed two men pushing
carts full of tires out of the store and into a waiting
Budget rental truck. Deputies were able to track down
the suspects, along with $6,400 in stolen tires.
Deputies said they found more than a dozen tires at the
home of Andrew and Chantelle Weinrich. Detectives also
located two dozen more tires inside Ameh Ruiz's hotel
room. Ocala police said they also linked two of the
suspects to an attempted theft at a Walmart in their
jurisdiction. (source

Family of thieves busted in eyeglass case.
Mom and her two adult children have been arrested in Utah
following a string of theft of thousands of dollars in
high end eyeglass been looking for
the suspects for the last few weeks, the case was broken
by the local consumer reporter and community tips.
