Hundreds of items remain after $1M theft ring busted.
Last weeks raid in North Carolina left Police with about
1,270 stolen items, now Police are seeking the help of
Retailers and the public to come forward and identify
their stolen loot. The merchandise varies from alcohol
to literally the kitchen sink (stolen from a Subway
restaurant). Daniel Reyes, 40, was charged with stealing
the items from several area businesses and is accused of
trying to sell the items on Craigslist and eBay.
Investigators said Reyes could be responsible for as
many as 20 break-ins and thefts over the last two years.

North Carolina ORC group stealing thousands in
electronics from Walmart; comments from
local honest shoppers and Joe LaRocca of the NRF. The
ORC ring has already hit several Walmart stores in the
area focused on Play Station 3 and Xbox systems.

Frederick County Bureau of Investigation investigating
organized retail theft, $4k stolen from the GAP.
Police are seeking the identity of five people believed to
have stolen thousands of dollars worth of merchandise
from the Gap store in the Francis Scott Key Mall. On
March 22, the thieves took $999 worth of khakis, jeans
and shorts, returned two days later and stole $2,982
worth of merchandise, in both cases taking the items
from sales racks and putting them into shopping bags
before leaving the store. (Source
