Suspect to plead guilty in counterfeit movie and music case. Back in November, Texas authorities targeted an illegal 'labeling' operation. Police found over 10,000 counterfeit video and music copies ready for international distribution. The 'labeling' violation is a third-degree felony, punishable by up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines. (source star-telegram.com)
