organized retail theft ring that stole thousands of dollars' worth of lawn
equipment that they sold to buy drugs. Deputies observed them at multiple
Lowe's and Home Depot stores. The
men pawned the stolen equipment or sold it to private individuals, claiming they

Burglars steal $25,000 worth of laptops from Mac Store in Redmond, WA
Four Burglars made off with approximately $25,000 worth of laptops from a local
Mac Store Sunday morning, according to the Redmond Police Department. According
to police, the men broke into the backroom of the store in the Redmond Town
Center around 7 a.m. and took 16 MacBook Pro laptops in a heist that lasted all
of 30 seconds. Officers arrived to find the Mac Store locked up and the suspects
gone. A similar burglar of $23,000 worth of computers from the Mac Store's
backroom was reported almost exactly two months earlier.

4 men accused of counterfeit fraud in Oro Valley: focused on Target
Oro Valley police said three men used counterfeit $20 bills to purchase nearly
$600 worth of merchandise from the store in the 10000 block of North Oracle last
Friday. Police said the men then went to a Target in Marana and tried to
exchange the purchased items for cash. Officers stopped the three men as they
left the Marana Target. The suspects told police they were traveling through
town and were staying at a local hotel. Officers obtained a search warrant and
found items used to make counterfeit money in the hotel room.
