	Where a group of six suspects from 
	Vietnam faces pending charges after authorities caught them with a pile of 
	namebrand clothes valued at 250,000 yuan ($39,000), the fifth organized 
	theft gang comprising foreigners caught in Shanghai since 2007.  Police 
	caught five of the suspects near a Zara store who lead them to the remaining 
	suspect at a hotel room where six suitcases containing some 600 pieces of 
	clothing from Zara were discovered.  Two of the men from the group 
	frequented the store and, as such, caught the attention of plain-clothes 
	police officers on patrol at Times Square. The officers later found that 
	they received clothes from two other women inside the store, who passed the 
	merchandise to another man at the front of the store through a special bag 
	that passed security without triggering an alarm.  They later confessed to 
	hitting 10 Zara stores over the last 5 days.  The Vietnamese suspects are 
	the latest foreigners that police have found shoplifting in the city; 
	another 21 foreigners have been caught for the same crime over the past four 
	years.  Chinese and foreign individuals found guilty of stealing properties 
	valued at more than 100,000 yuan ($15,000) risk more than 10 years in jail, 
	or even a life sentence.
