hitting stores throughout Wisconsin and ILL.- with stolen credit cards - one
arrested Waukesha police are investigating a string of credit card
thefts in the area as well as other parts of Wisconsin. The ongoing
investigation is leading police beyond Waukesha to credit card thefts in
Milwaukee, West Allis, Shorewood, West Bend, Watertown and Brookfield, Appleton
and Ashwaubenon, as well as card fraud in five Illinois towns. The criminal
complaint said Thompson stole credit card numbers from people in other states,
and then made new credit cards he fraudulently used to buy Visa gift cards.

Fraud suspect keying in stolen accounts for gift cards busted in Petoskey,
Mich., Wal-Mart - hitting stores state wide State Troopers are working
to identify a man they say is keying in stolen credit card numbers to buy gift
cards all over the state. Troopers believe the same suspect is connected to
similar thefts in Petoskey, Fremont, Big Rapids and other Metro Detroit

Make Second Arrest In Miami Beach Best Buy Robbery A man who was
allegedly involved in the armed robbery of a Miami Beach Best Buy Mobile store
is behind bars. The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced the arrest
Thursday. Miami Beach Police and FBI officials arrested Wyatt Howard, 25, on
Wednesday, April 23rd for his alleged involvement in the robbery. According to
officials, it all happened on April 15th at the store located at 1517 Alton
Road. Howard was taken into federal custody under the Hobbs Act. He appeared in
federal court on Wednesday. Federick Robinson, was also arrested in connection
to the robbery. The investigation into the robbery continues.
