The executive development and learning program gives registered attendees an

successfully integrated Operations and Loss Prevention as true collaborative
business partnerships, as well as learn what makes an effective leader and what
executives look for in future leaders.
“Whether you are an organization looking to enhance your team’s professional
skills or an individual striving to gain a competitive edge, the executive
development and corporate learning program will provide immense, long-lasting
value,” said Jim Forlenza, Executive Director, RLPSA.
Presenters include Sandra Tillett, Senior Vice President, Stores, Operations and
Loss Prevention, Lane Bryant; Jesus Alvarez, Head of Loss Prevention, Forever21;
and Arlene Estrada-Petokas, Director of Human Resources, CKE Restaurants.

across such a large range of business sectors - leadership, HR, strategy,
entrepreneurship, legal, decision-making, loss prevention, operations and supply
chain management.”
The program concludes an outstanding lineup of general session programs. “It’s
an outstanding opportunity for LP professionals to learn how to apply new-found
knowledge to the real world through practical, hands-on activities and
projects,” said Sullivan.
