Theft gang crime spree spans from South Florida to
Atlanta Three Florida men are in jail in
Thomasville, Georgia after police find more than a
dozen stolen I.D.'s and debit cards. Police believe
they're taking cards from inside vehicles in gym
parking lots. Their arrests come after police
received a tip on Tuesday. Investigators say the men
were in the YMCA parking lot on Dawson Street
scoping out vehicles, targeting ones easier to get
into, liked ones with unlocked doors. The men were
spotted in a silver BMW. Officers tried talking to
them at a Flash Foods store but they took off. They
were eventually caught in some woods off Highway
122. The debit cards and I.D.'s were found in their
wallets, and inside a bag full of clothes.
