ORC trio stopped at T J Maxx - with one arrest in Radnor, PA.
Radnor police arrested a Philadelphia man in connection with the attempted theft
of merchandise form the TJ Maxx store in St. Davids. Jan. 7 Witherspoon, along
with two women entered the store and attempted to take $1,800 worth of
merchandise. Witherspoon and two women were seen in the store. The group had
been selecting items when Witherspoon pulled out a plastic TJ Maxx bag and
started putting items in the bag. Witherspoon was stopped by loss prevention as
he attempted to leave the store. Following a struggle Witherspoon got away from
them and then fled, police said. The two women exited the store and were last
seen getting into a blue car. The bag contained $1,800 worth of merchandise and
was dropped near the entrance of the store. (Source

Wal-Mart store in Coal Township, PA., being hit for Dyson vacuum cleaners by one
suspect Coal Township Police said Nick C. Villareal, 45, of 219 E.
Cameron St., Shamokin, was involved in both thefts, which occurred at the
Walmart Supercenter along Route 61 at 7:11 p.m. Sunday and at 4 p.m. Monday.
Patrolman Matthew Hashuga said charges are pending. The suspect then allegedly
pulled the Spider Wrap theft deterrent system from two Dyson vacuum cleaners.
