2nd award in two weeks
Vector Security Named
2013 Dealer of the Year by Honeywell
Security leader also wins Circle of Excellence award
Last week,
the Daily reported that Vector Security was awarded the 2013 Retail Market
Partner of the Year for North America by Axis Communications. This week, comes a
second piece of big news for the Pittsburgh-based company.
Vector, one of North America's top electronic security companies, was named
Dealer of the Year by Honeywell and First Alert at the Connect 2013 Conference
in Los Angeles, which took place November 7-10.
The award recognizes Vector’s performance and growth. The company has been a
longstanding provider of Honeywell products across its markets including
Florida, New Jersey and through its Authorized Dealer network. Additionally,
Vector Security was given the Circle of Excellence award in recognition of its
overall contribution to the security industry.
The Retail Market Partner of the Year award that Axis presented Vector with in
October was in recognition of Vector's success and commitment as a partner to
driving the shift from analog CCTV to IP-based network video surveillance in the
retail segment.
For more than 40 years,
Vector Security has been a premier provider of intelligent security
solutions tailored to the needs of the customer. The solution provider offers a
full suite of electronic security services for residential, business and
national account customers across North America and the Caribbean through a
network of branches and authorized dealers. Vector Security is a sister company
of the Philadelphia Contributionship, a mutual insurance company founded in
1752, and currently provides cost-effective, technology-based security solutions
to more than 270,000 homes and businesses.
These recent awards speak volumes about the value Vector provides its customers,
especially for those working in retail. On behalf of the D&D Daily,
congratulations to everyone at Vector on this much-deserved recognition! It's
work like yours that helps drive the industry forward.
