Major ORC ring busted in Perrysburg Township, Ohio after a six month investigation, with 68 people being indicted and 48 of them now behind bars.  The ring stole over $250,000 worth of merchandise and gift cards from big box retailers in Northwest Ohio, Southeast Indiana and Indiana.  It's expected that another $250,000 of merchandise will be recovered.  They scammed the stores by shoplifting items and returning them for gift cards.  The suspects will be arraigned Wednesday morning inside a makeshift courtroom at the Wood County Jail in Bowling Green, Ohio.  The investigation is continuing.  (Source wtol.com)
