Fencing operation and multi-state ORC ring identified in Goose Creek, SC, right outside of Charleston where the owner of Mr. Flaps Pawn Shop, Felicia Sanders Smith, police believe was recruiting shoplifters and sending them out with shopping lists. Deputies found over $100,000 in new pet supplies in her home and stolen goods valued at $10,000 in the store. The investigation has been going on for months and they believe another pawn shop is involved and more arrests are expected. They sold the merchandise in the store and online.
